● Three-target tube: the metal base layer of the three-target tube membrane layer is copper, the absorption layer is nitrogen and aluminium ion reaction, and added with stainless steel composition, the reduction layer is also aluminium nitride. Compared with the ordinary tube, because copper is lower than the emission rate of aluminium, so the three-target tube has a better heat preservation effect.

Especially, Longquan invested 6 million RMB to introduce special enamelled liner production line for solar water heater, which has a large manufacturing volume and many manufacturing specifications (it can produce 60L~500L specifications of porcelain liner).

防结垢：涂层采用进口专用搪瓷粉，超细颗粒，经870℃高温烧结后，与搪瓷专用优质钢板相互熔合渗透，表面细腻、光滑，水垢不易附着，防止结垢，不释放有碍健康或污染环境的物质，保护水质健康。
抗腐蚀：晶钻内胆耐酸(达到AAA级)、耐碱、耐髙温、耐水蒸气、耐渗透、不生锈，抗腐蚀性能和抗垢性能较普通太阳能热水器内胆显著增强。
绝缘：晶钻内胆表层搪涂层为非金属材料，具有良好的电绝缘性能，阻止漏电触电，可高效保障洗浴安全。
长寿命：晶钻内胆，精选优质钢板和进口特种搪瓷粉，经过870℃高温烘烤，形成搪瓷凃层，并与钢板相互熔合渗透，具有很强的结合力和稳定性，有弹性，抗张抗压性能良好，有效抵抗自来水脉动压力及负压，可有效避免内胆吸瘪事故发生，使用寿命延长15年以上。
更保温：搪瓷层本身具有优越保温性能：日常生活中使用的搪瓷脸盆，盛开水的情况下，徒手端起来，不烫手，本身证明搪瓷具备优越保温、隔热持性。
